At Teva Naot, we are committed to your comfort and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging along with all documentation and secure it inside a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
